How do I access the Travelski customer portal?

You can manage your bookings, download your travel documents and view your holidays from your Travelski customer portal.

Log in to your customer account

1. Go to the official Travelski website at https://www.uk.travelski.com/account/login, or click the My Account section at the top of the home page.

2. Enter your login details (email address and password).

Forgotten your password? Reset it online directly on the login page after entering your email address.

What you can do in your customer area

The Travelski customer area allows you to:

• manage your details and bookings;

• download all your travel documents;

• add participants;

• request a quote;

• view your holiday history.

Note Only holidays from the last 3 years will appear in your customer account.

View the details of a booking

1. Log in to your customer account (https://www.uk.travelski.com/account/login).

2. Go to the My bookings tab.

3. Click View holiday.

You will be taken to the full page for your accommodation, which shows all the details and facilities available.
