Here is how to remove the ski pass or the ski equipment for one or more travellers on a package.
Removing a ski option when booking
When you book a package (accommodation + ski passes, or accommodation + ski passes and ski equipment), all the travellers on the stay get these ski options by default.
If one or more travellers do not need them, you can remove them before paying. For example, one person has their own ski equipment, or does not ski and does not want a ski pass.
Go to the "Options" step, before paying.
Remove the ski pass and/or the ski equipment for the traveller or travellers concerned.
This step lets you customise the ski options. Fees for removing ski options may apply.
Removing a ski option after booking
After booking, you cannot remove a ski option online by yourself. Contact customer service at support.uk@travelski.com.
Modification fees may apply.
You cannot remove options from 14 days before the start of your stay.
