Account creation
My email address and username are not recognized
To log in to the Digital Agency, you need to go through the account creation step by clicking the "CREATE AN ACCOUNT"
You will then need to follow these steps:
Enter your tenant reference number and your date of birth
Enter your email address manually twice
You will then receive an activation code by email (remember to check your spam folder)
Enter your activation code
Create your password by meeting the following criteria : 10 characters, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character (&é"'(-èçà~#`^@!:;,$ù...)
I can't create a new password - My password is not recognized
For the security of your account and personal data, the password must meet the following 5 criteria :
At least 10 characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lowercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character (&é""'(=è+~#[@§%µ*$...)
If these 5 criteria are not met, the password will not be accepted because it is not secure enough.
My email address is not recognized / accepted
To protect your personal data, you must enter your full email address manually, in both fields provided for this purpose.
Do not click on the autofill suggestion (automatic completion) offered by default by your browser.
I do not receive my activation code
Check your spam or junk mail folder.
