You can find your quote or saved search in your customer account, and you can change its options.
Find your quote or saved search
Log in to your customer account and go to the recherches sauvegardées menu.
You also received your quote or saved search by email. The buttons in the email (reserve or go to your customer account) take you straight to it.
Change a quote or saved search
You cannot change the accommodation or the dates of stay of a quote or saved search:
For different accommodation, run a new search with the other accommodation.
For different dates of stay, run a new search with the new dates.
You can, however, change the options:
Log in to your customer account.
Click Je réserve.
On the Options page, change the ski services, insurance, etc.
Click Sauvegarder ma recherche so that your quote or saved search is up to date with the changed services.
Delete a quote or saved search
You cannot delete it yourself. Send an email to support.uk@travelski.com or call customer services: an adviser will delete it for you.
Note: after 7 days, your quote or saved search disappears automatically from your customer account.
