Before you book, you can add, customise, upgrade or remove options and services on the Options page. Once the booking is made, you need to contact customer service.
Before booking: on the Options page
Options and services are managed (customised, upgraded, removed, etc.) in the booking process, at the Options page. If you want to choose a higher range for a service, all the possibilities are there.
For example:
to upgrade your ski equipment, the possibilities are on the Options page;
to choose the ski pass for the large ski area instead of the small ski area included by default in your package, this is also on the Options page.
After booking: contact customer service
Once the booking is made, you can no longer manage your options and services yourself (customise, upgrade, remove, etc.). Please contact customer service.
