You can enter a promo code during your booking so that your basket is recalculated with the discount. Here is where to enter it, where to find its conditions and what to do if it does not work.
Add a promo code to your booking
The promo code, or discount code, can be entered when you book. A dedicated field is available at the payment step.

Check a code's conditions and benefit
To find out the conditions of use of a promo code, refer to the communication you received with it. Do the same to find out its discount or benefit. The conditions are often detailed in the e-mail or on our website, with the mention "*" that you need to read.
What to do if a code does not work
Check its validity date, its conditions of application and its terms of use. The code may have expired, or be valid only on package stays or for a set period. If in doubt, read the promo code's conditions again.
Tip: a promo code often does not work because it can only be applied to a package, that is, a stay booking that includes the ski passes and/or the ski equipment from the start of the search.
When you select the stay, ski passes and/or ski equipment must be included for the booking to count as a package and for the code to work. If you try to apply the code to accommodation to which you add services, ski passes and/or ski equipment on the "Options" page, the code may not work because this is not a package.
