Bringing a pet
When an accommodation or establishment shows that pets are allowed, with or without a supplement, do not try to add a "pet" option during your booking process. There is no field or box to fill in or select. This information is given for guidance only.
You tell the accommodation about your pet directly on arrival and pay the supplement on site if necessary. There is no need to specify it beforehand.
Counting all participants, babies included
All participants on the stay count towards an accommodation, even babies. For an accommodation designed for 4 people, it is not possible to be 5, even if you are 4 adults and a 6-month-old baby: the baby counts as an occupant.
Adding a participant after booking
You can book an accommodation or a stay for fewer people than the maximum capacity of the accommodation, and then add participants. For example, for an accommodation designed for 4 people, you can book for 3 people and add a 4th person later.
In total, there cannot be more participants than the accommodation's capacity.
Adding a participant is possible up to 14 days before departure.
It does not change the price of the accommodation, except for example with a hotel booking, where the price is per person and not for a whole accommodation.
Modification fees may apply.
If services are associated with the new participant, you must also pay for them.
