Complete and submit my FSL application
To submit an application, you must obtain the application directly from your local Paris Habitat agency or from FSL Habitat: dases-fslhabitat@paris.fr or on the website paris.fr. To complete it, you can seek assistance from your Paris Habitat social advisor. You must request the landlord information form from Paris Habitat and attach the supporting documents listed in the application (see p. 6).
