Your rent

Your rent is payable monthly. It may be adjusted each year based on the Rent Reference Index (IRL) set by the public authorities. It must be distinguished from charges (electricity, water, maintenance, etc.), for which you pay an advance together with the rent. When these charges are reconciled, which consists of comparing the actual expenses with the total advances paid, we may ask you for an additional payment or refund you any overpayment.
