It consists of 17 members, all tenants, appointed by the associations recognized as representative of Paris Habitat tenants during elections held every 4 years. It is composed of tenants and representatives of Paris Habitat, co-chaired by the CEO and a tenants’ representative, and meets regularly to discuss current issues. It is where collective agreements are negotiated, offering services to all tenants at a modest cost, and where dialogue takes place regarding new provisions that will apply to all the Office’s tenants.
