This service can be put in place in the event of a scheduled shutdown of elevator cars or breakdowns. It provides assistance and carrying, using appropriate techniques, for tenants who are vulnerable, have reduced mobility, are seniors, are pregnant and/or accompanied by young children. Assistance is provided by arm support, evacuation chair, flexible canvas stretcher, and wheelchair.
