With the participatory budget, we aim to give tenants the opportunity to take part directly in improving their living environment “by shaping their residence according to their ideas.” The participatory budget allows all tenants to propose projects that best meet their needs as residents. The aim is also to encourage discussion and enable the sharing of ideas and expertise. This form of consultation and participation in decisions concerning the improvement of their living environment actively contributes to renewing the landlord–tenant relationship.
