You can find out your arrival time, where to get to, and when to leave your accommodation. Here is how it works.
Finding out your arrival time
Access times for the accommodation vary depending on the residence. You can find them in the description of the apartment you selected. They are also given on the voucher sent by email 10 days before arrival.
Arrival is generally from about 5 pm.
Arriving earlier or later than planned
You can call the accommodation on site to arrange an early or late arrival.
Finding your arrival address
The postal addresses we provide for collecting the keys and getting to the accommodation are the most precise ones we have. In resorts, there is no address, or very rarely one, like in a town with precise streets, avenues or boulevards.
With the address we give you and the name of the key collection or arrival point, you can find the exact place on your GPS, for example.
Leaving your accommodation and handing back the keys
Departures are normally scheduled until 10 am. For a night-time or very early departure, let the accommodation provider on site know so you can find out how to hand back the keys: early inventory check, keys left in the letterbox, or other procedures. The provider's contact number is in the travel documents you receive by email.
