Receiving your travel documents
Your travel documents are sent by email 10 days before departure. They contain all the essential information:
accommodation details
location of the ESF meeting point, so you know where the ski lessons take place
partner ski shop, and other practical information for your stay
Receiving your ski pass QR codes
Ski pass QR codes are sent by email 3 days before departure. They give direct access to the ski lifts without going through the ticket offices.
Finding a lost confirmation
If you have lost your confirmation, log in to your customer account to download it.
Note Only stays of less than 3 years appear in your customer account.
