How do transfers between the station and the resort work?

For a stay with a train or a flight, a transfer by bus or taxi is provided. Here is how it works.

Choosing your transfer

The choice of transfer is offered during the booking process.

Transfer time on your return

On your return from the resort to the station, the transfer is organised on average 2 hours before your train departs, or 4 hours before your flight departs.

Checking your transfer times

Check your transfer times carefully during the booking process, then on your booking confirmation, in your travel documents or on your transfer tickets sent by email.

The transfer time cannot be changed

The transfer is organised to take into account traffic conditions, weather conditions, a safety margin before your journey, etc. It is not possible to change the planned transfer time.
