You can travel on the night train with children, ask for a women-only compartment and use the luggage room. Here is what applies.
Travelling with children
Children up to and including 2 years old travel free of charge. No sleeping place on the train is reserved for them: the child is expected to share an adult's couchette.
There are no couchettes adapted for these children, no specific bed, nor any space for a baby cot.
From 3 years old, a standard couchette is reserved for the child. It must be paid for.
Travelling alone in a women-only compartment
Compartments are dedicated to women so that they can travel without a man in their compartment if they have booked on their own.
To benefit from this allocation, send an email with your request to customer service.
Using the luggage room
For the night train journey, access to the luggage room of the resort or of your residence is included on arrival and before your return. You can leave your luggage and freshen up: toilets and a washbasin are available, but no shower or changing room.
Note: transport times are given for guidance only, as they are subject to change or adjustment depending on traffic needs or changes to the journey.
