Agent Handover v1.0

Introduces the Handover API that routes chatbot conversations to human agents on a partner platform and back.

Accept an incoming handover request on the agent platform by returning a 2xx response within the one-second timeout.

Handle user messages forwarded to the agent platform during an ongoing handover, respecting the one-second response timeout.

Send room, typing, messaging, and closing events on behalf of a human agent during a handover conversation.
