Configure the partner webhook endpoint that ViaSay Chatbot calls to deliver messaging events to the receiver.

partner-webhook.url is an endpoint provided by the receiver and configured in the ViaSay Chatbot platform during the integration setup. ViaSay Chatbot calls this endpoint to send messaging events to the receiver.
