Knowledge Hub

Manage the documents, states, and filters in the Knowledge Hub that ground Louis AI's answers.

Updated on September 24, 2026

The Knowledge Hub is where you manage the documents that power Louis AI's answers. Every URL, PDF, text snippet, or CSV you add here becomes a source Louis can ground an answer on.

At a glance

  • Documents carry a Title, Type (URL/PDF/TEXT/CSV), Source, Language, Status, and Last synchronization date.

  • States decide whether a document is served at runtime: Live, Draft, or Archived.

  • Filters (Search, Language, Status) scope both the list view and — for Language — the assistant's runtime retrieval.

  • Bulk actions let you change state, re-synchronize, or delete up to 30 documents at a time.

Where to go next

  • Add documents — Import URLs, PDFs, text snippets, or CSVs.

  • Document lifecycle — Live / Draft / Archived, and how to move between them.

  • Search & retrieval — How filters work, and how Louis picks documents at runtime.

  • Bulk operations — Update many documents at once.

  • Web scraping & JS rendering — Make URL-based documents scrape correctly.
